About Dr. Lee R. Roberts
For over 30 years, I have led teams, developed leaders, and worked in environments where discipline, clarity, and responsibility matter.

My background spans military service, first responder leadership, senior executive operations, academic research, and endurance performance. These experiences shaped my understanding of stress, not only as a concept, but as a lived reality.

I hold a PhD in Organizational Behaviour with a focus on team development, engagement, personality and resilience, along with an MBA and an MSc in Industrial Psychology. My work integrates behavioural science, leadership practice, and structured performance development.

I specialize in behavioural resilience and mental performance, helping leaders and high-stress professionals think clearly, regulate emotion, and execute consistently under pressure.

While my work is grounded in science and disciplined practice, my life is anchored in faith. I believe resilience is ultimately rooted in character, conviction, and aligned belief, where behaviour and values meet.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Association for Business Psychology (abp) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and I adhere to their ethical standards in all client work.

My goal is straightforward:
To help you build disciplined resilience, strengthen decision quality, and lead with steady conviction in demanding environments.

At Lee R. Roberts Resilience & Engagement Coaching, my mission is to help you:

Engage — with disciplined thinking, personal conviction, and purposeful growth grounded in both behavioural science and faith.
Lead — yourself and others with clarity, character, and steady decision-making in environments where responsibility matters.
Succeed — by building behavioural resilience across mind, body, and belief, strengthening your capacity to endure pressure without losing alignment.

Resilience is not accidental. It is formed through conviction, discipline, and consistent action.
My faith shapes my values and worldview, and I believe strength is built where belief and behaviour align.
Scripture reminds us that growth is sharpened through accountability, discipline, and wise counsel.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17

This practice exists to equip serious professionals and leaders to grow in resilience, mature in leadership, and execute with steady conviction.

If you are ready to strengthen your foundation and operate with clarity under pressure, let’s begin.
